Ms. Uma Panse is a passionate educator with over 14 years of experience in Montessori education. With a foundation in Computer Engineering and 11 years of professional experience in the IT sector, Uma's journey into the world of Montessori began with a deeply personal inspiration—her own toddler. Captivated by the philosophy of nurturing a child’s individuality and natural curiosity, she made the bold decision to transition from a thriving IT career to the world of education.
Uma pursued formal Montessori training at the Indian Montessori Training Centre in Bangalore. She further honed her skills while working with a prestigious Montessori institution in Bangalore, gaining valuable experience in implementing the Montessori method in a practical setting.
In 2013, she founded Aarambh Montessori House of Children with the vision of creating a nurturing and empowering environment where children can freely explore, learn, and grow to their fullest potential.
Uma's dedication to fostering a holistic learning experience has shaped Aarambh into a vibrant space that prioritizes the child’s emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Beyond her work as an educator, Uma finds joy in music and yoga, which complement her commitment to creating balance and harmony in every aspect of life.
Her journey exemplifies the transformative power of Montessori education and her unwavering belief in the potential of every child. Through Aarambh, she strives to inspire and support young minds, aiming to make a meaningful contribution to the field of early childhood education.

Neeta is a dedicated Montessorian with over 12 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds an undergraduate degree in Microbiology, a postgraduate degree in English, and has completed her Montessori training from the Indian Montessori Training Centre (Bangalore). In addition, she has enriched her expertise with certifications in "Multiple Intelligences," as well as short-term courses on "Autism" and "Learning Difficulties."
Neeta's passion for the Montessori method of education was ignited through her own children’s learning experiences. Witnessing their holistic development, curiosity, and remarkable ability to grasp and comprehend concepts left her inspired. The Montessori approach, with its emphasis on learning paced to each child's capabilities while building a strong foundation, deeply resonated with her. This inspired her to transition to a career in Montessori education in 2011.
Since then, Neeta has been working with children aged 2 to 6 years and finds immense joy in nurturing their growth. She firmly believes that every child is unique and that fostering an environment that encourages self-exploration, confidence-building, and the development of their strengths through a positive approach is key to unlocking their full potential.

Trisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Instrumentation) degree from Mumbai University. Before discovering her passion for education, she gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at VFS Global in Dubai, where she worked for nearly four years.
Her journey into Montessori education began after the birth of her son, when she sought an approach that emphasized holistic growth and child-centered learning. Her search led her to Aarambh Montessori House of Children, where she resonated deeply with the Montessori philosophy. Trisha completed her Montessori training at the Indian Montessori Training Centre, Bangalore, before embarking on her journey as a Montessori Guide at Aarambh. At Aarambh, she has been actively fostering an environment that supports independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning. She firmly believes in empowering children with essential life skills and nurturing their natural abilities, enabling them to grow into confident, self-reliant individuals. Trisha takes pride in guiding children through Montessori materials and practices that instill a lifelong love for learning.
Outside of her professional commitments, Trisha enjoys cooking, travelling, and creating memorable moments with her son. Her personal experiences as a mother further fuel her dedication to understanding and supporting young learners in their formative years.

Arpita Shah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an E.C.C.Ed. certification, blending academic knowledge with a deep understanding of early childhood education. Her career journey began in the education sector, where she worked in a school in Mumbai for two years. Her passion for creativity then led her to explore the animation industry, followed by a successful stint in her family’s interior design business, where she applied her creativity and management skills.
In 2017, Arpita joined Aarambh Montessori House of Children, bringing her diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds. Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, she values the child-centered approach that encourages independence, hands-on exploration, and holistic development.
Arpita is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment where each child can flourish at their own pace, laying the foundation for lifelong learning. Her journey reflects a perfect blend of creativity, adaptability, and a passion for shaping the future of young learners.

Vidya Krishnamoorthy is a passionate and dedicated educator who has recently embarked on her journey in the world of Montessori education. Armed with a B.Com degree and an MBA, Vidya previously honed her professional skills in advertising agencies. However, a persistent desire to make a meaningful difference in others’ lives led her to discover her true calling in Montessori education.
Introduced to the Montessori philosophy by a relative, Vidya was captivated by its child-centered approach and emphasis on hands-on learning. This discovery ignited a profound sense of purpose, inspiring her to immerse herself in understanding and applying this transformative methodology. Her journey has been both rigorous and rewarding, as she continues to embrace the daily challenges and joys of working in a Montessori environment.
Vidya views every day as an opportunity to grow, adapt, and connect with her students, finding fulfillment in the enriching experiences that come with guiding children in their learning journeys.
Beyond the classroom, Vidya enjoys watching movies and has recently rediscovered her love for art and craft, delighting in the process of creating handmade treasures. Her creativity and enthusiasm bring an added dimension to her teaching, making her a valued member of the team at Aarambh Montessori.
