Uma pursued formal Montessori training at the Indian Montessori Training Centre in Bangalore. She further honed her skills while working with a prestigious Montessori institution in Bangalore, gaining valuable experience in implementing the Montessori method in a practical setting. In 2013, she founded Aarambh Montessori House of Children with the vision of creating a nurturing and empowering environment where children can freely explore, learn, and grow to their fullest potential.
